Tourist Lease IN MODICA

We have 3 rooms, with a total of 9 beds, as well as a lounge area available to all of our guests. Our elegant rental rooms in Modica, renovated while preserving traditional architecture, are equipped with all necessary comforts for an unforgettable stay: air conditioning, warm water, 32” flat TV, mini fridge, table, double bed or twin bed, with bedside table and night lamp, single sofa bed.

All rooms have a wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.

The building complies with all applicable Safety and Health regulations, and is the result of the renovation of an ancient building.

All guests can use the ample terrace out front. At the entrance, through two typical arches, there is a common space where you can find booklets and travel guides with information about surrounding tourist attractions (Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Noto and Siracusa) and books on local history.

On the top floor of our guest house in Modica, our guests can enjoy the sun on a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of Modica Alta. Here, there is also a lounge available to all, with microwave, tea kettle and espresso machine.
